- Your Home Inspector should arrive on time and prepared.
- You should have already received a copy of the Pre-Inspection Agreement and had adequate time to review & sign it. If not, you should review the Agreement with your Inspector and ask any questions you may have before the inspection begins.
- The inspector will begin a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas, components & systems of the building from the roof to the foundation.
- The inspector will gather important information & photos onsite to compile into the final inspection report. The report will be sent via email to the Client the following day or before.
- The Client’s presence is always requested at the end of the inspection so that the inspector can review his findings onsite with the Client.
- The inspector is available to answer questions that the Client may have before and after the inspection.
